The coffee here is a hidden gem! Everyone who works here is so friendly. Just order at the window and wait for your name to be called--I recommend a latte with oat milk and vanilla ($6) For context, it is right across the street from La Boulangerie, where this same coffee order is 2$ more and not as good. Luke's is my go-to!

I was out for a stroll and stopped by here to see what was going on. They have a sandwich shop inside and the store overall was clean and there was good range of grocery in the store. I was a fan of their premade food fridge next to the sandwich counter. I really enjoyed their butternut squash soup. I want to return to try the sandwiches and coffee next time. Thank you!

This review is for the tofu banh mi -- this sandwich transcends earthly pleasure and goes into a more ethereal, sacred place. This is the sandwich of gods and saints and martyrs. It is heaven in the form of a sandwich. It is not scientifically proven but I would guess that it could cure cancer and stop wars.

This a very Long Overdue review. I've been a major fan of Luke's Local's sandwiches and deli counter. The service here is top notch and a major shoutout to Sammy, Rubi, and Laura who are always a mood booster when they greet you. They make the best sandwiches in the neighborhood and have a great variety. You all deserve a huge round of applause. Keep up the excellent service in the community. Let's Go Lukes Team!!!

I got the Ashbury sandwich! Price is a little steep for a sandwich with no meat, but it was still delicious. Good bread and avocado and fast service! They have a few tables at the side that you can sit at to eat.

Favorite grocery store! Well-stocked, super friendly, amazing prices, great quality, etc. All the things you want in a neighborhood market but with the selection of a larger grocery store. What I really came here to do was give a shoutout to the staff, specifically Sammy! But they are all so incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgable, and all around good humans. p.s. don't sleep on the chocolate chip cookies. 10/10

Really good sandwiches and not even that overpriced compared to the rest of the store. We got the rotisserie chicken sandwich, the Ashbury, and the CA Bahn Mi and they were all super good! Nice seating area too. But the store should take EBT. Bi-Rite does.
